This is a great location to stay. Right on a busy kite beach with activity at your doorstep and right above Latuna beach bar. Great place to eat or just a drink. Bar closes shortly after 9:00 pm so the music ends before it becomes annoying. This suite is directly beside the stairway to the campsite and other Bungalos. A great place to meet the locals and neighbours but also lacked the privacy on the same deck. Can’t get closer to beach and kiting than this unit. Kitchen was basic and the bed was on the hard side for our liking. Suite was clean and worth the price of admission.

This was great place near the Augas calientes. it is quiet, great ocean views. dogs in the next apartment were loud and woke us but they left and the next night was better. dogs on the street were not friendly. We do not argue with pitbulls.

Beautiful sea views. Great rooftop terrace. Comfortable with everything we needed for a peaceful stay.

El apartamento cuenta con todos los servicios, la cocina es al aire libre con una vista privilegiada a la isla y la bahía completa, Rigoberto nos recibió con la mejor actitud y nos guió hasta el lugar, con estacionamiento propio y mucha privacidad, es un lugar pequeño pero Perfecto para 2 personas, no hay ruido y tiene vista increíble desde la propia cama (podrían prescindir de la televisión y en su lugar tener otro ventanal aún que entiendo que hay personas que precisan tv). La terraza es muy amplia y al igual que el apartamento estaba completamente limpia, definitivamente volveré a este lugar.

El lugar es súper cómodo, acogedor y súper bien ubicado. Extrema limpieza y comodidad. Está a unos metros de la playa!

Great. High up. Overlooking the ocean. Walking distance to everything. One master bedroom with bathroom, one bedroom with shower just outside it. That’s the bottom floor. Ac control for all. Shampoo and soap and conditioner in the shower. Upstairs is kitchen and living room with amazing view of the ocean. Can even see whales, mobulas and kite surfers there: the just met us there and showed us everything. Water is upstairs. Beautiful and modern; would do again!

El departamento de costa de la vela tiene todo lo que necesitas para que tu estancia sea como en casa. Las habitaciones son bastante amplias, una familia o dos parejas se acomodan perfecto, el clima es delicioso y se duerme muy bien, es una zona tranquila y sin ruido, además de tener alberca privada con una vista increíble. Cerca hay muchos restaurantes para desayunar, comer y cenar, además de tiendas locales donde encuentras lo necesario. Definitivamente de los mejores lugares en la ventana para hospedarse, todo es nuevo y con muy buen gusto, a diferencia de lo que usualmente se encuentra en la localidad y a un excelente precio. Ya queremos regresar!!

Great spot in El Sargento! The location is perfect, 5 minute walk from La Tuna beach area. I love to walk, and you can find great food, coffee, groceries within a 30 min radius. The pool was also great! Olivia was a great host and super responsive. I can’t wait to go back!

Can’t beat this location! The restaurant on-site is open M-F and so delicious. Worth coming just for the food, but the location is even more incredible right on the beach. Ulises provided kayaks and paddle board and the best hospitality. Highly recommend!

Wir haben es geliebt! Wären gerne noch etwas länger geblieben, aber unsere Reise ging weiter. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, ruhig und wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Bei Tageslicht anreisen ist von Vorteil, da die Strassen nicht beschriftet sind. (Routenbeschreibung war jedoch gut) Absolute Empfehlung!

Santiago was a great host. His apartment was great, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the location and how close it was to most restaurants and points of interest. The only thing that could improve are the common area jacuzzi’s. Their temperature maxed out at around 33-34 C. Other than that we highly recommend Santiago’s place.

Excellent spot. Beautiful design and architecture. Quiet and comfortable. Wonderful view. Loved the hot tub and pool. Would absolutely stay here again. We loved our stay and love the room. Smart TV. Internet. Super walkable to the main zone of La Ventana. There's even an incredible restaurant right nearby. Oscar was a great communicator. One of the best AirBnBs we've stayed in.

We couldn’t believe that we had such a private villa! There was one next to us but they always seemed very gracious! The beach was clean and inviting! Swam every day! Walked for miles in both directions! This truly was the time being exclusively doing it that we were looking for! ! Descrete and purposeful! That was our mission and that’s what we got!! Would highly recommend this place! We have become friends with the owners and I know you will too!

We enjoyed our stay here and would rent again. The space was clean, comfortable and in a good location. We loved the pool and roof top.
