This beautiful, newly designed. It is 100% sustainable, using renewable energy, it has installed photovoltaic panels that are powered by the sun that is enjoyed all year round. The house is in a quiet location, with a wonderful view of the Anaga mountains and the Atlantic Ocean. The city of La Laguna, a World Heritage Site, is only a few minutes drive away. An ideal starting point to explore the beauty of the island. Important to have a car to fully enjoy the house.
