Monthly Rentals in Elechas

Our stay at Jesus's place was very pleasant. The house is located in a very quiet development, about 12-15 minutes from downtown Somo and the beach. The house is very convenient and is very well equipped. It has a slightly dated decoration but it is very practical. The skinny spot would be the beds, which have quite uncomfortable mattresses. The garden is spacious and very well cared for. Although Jesus lives in the same house (in a totally separate stay), it is all very private and we had total intimacy. We went with our little girls (1 and 2 years old) and they had a great time running around the garden. There's a little cost, but it wasn't at all an inconvenience for them.

Laura is a great hostess. If you have any questions, you will respond immediately and take care of the issue. The apartment is great and very clean and the view of Santander and the bay are beautiful. We will definitely be back. Thank you Laura for letting us be your guests.

Marta and Ian's place is very tastefully decorated and comfortable to hang out in. It's conveniently located for getting down the beach at Somo or heading south into the hills. Marta and Ian were very welcoming, friendly and communicative and gave a good list of local recommendations which was very useful. There were quite a few rural noises (dogs and chickens etc) which were not a problem for me, but could be an issue if someone was a very light sleeper. Overall a nice place to stay and happy to recommend it!
