It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The living area features a small, comfortable sofa and a cozy armchair with an accompanying footrest. A wooden coffee table sits on a woven rug, and sunlight illuminates the room through a window dressed with light curtains, complemented by a nature-themed wall art piece.

Our cozy vacation apartment has everything you need to feel good. It is suitable for 2 EW (+child/baby). Our LINENS SET: bed linen, bath towel, hand towel is per person From three nights, we provide. For 1-2 nights, PLEASE bring your own. This can be booked at an additional cost on request. The dwarf parlor is a non-smoking WHG. Thank you for keeping this in mind. :-) Your bikes can be parked in our garage on request.
