A desk in the bedroom gives you a place to work while others in your group utilize the spaces in the living room or dining room. You can leisurely stroll by the Ruritan Park to Studio 32 Gallery and Gift shop on weekends. In 10 minutes drive to Merchants Millpond State Park. Historic Edenton only30 minutes.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This home is located in a peaceful and friendly neighborhood if your just looking to get away to enjoy family and friends. It features 2 Master bedrooms with both having a full bathroom, and a acre of land in the backyard to have a cookout and plentyof space for kids to play and have fun. It's a great place to relax, but only 30min from the Virginia line, and about an hour from Virginia Beach with lots of fun and activities.

West Customs Guest House

Sellers Guest House is a story and half, situated on the property of the West Customs House built in 1772. The guest house has a opened floor plan with kitchen and bathroom on the main floor and a bedroom upstairs. There is a delightful front porch that is perfect to relax on. The West Custom House Property is nestled on Blount Street in Edenton's Historic District just a block and a half from downtown making an easy access to restaurants, shops, historic sites, and the waterfront.

Sportsman's Paradise ( Hunting & Fishing )

Sportsman's Paradise is just minutes away from the Currituck Sound which is famous for it's duck hunting and fishing. It overlooks Tull's Bay and Tull's Creek and is surrounded by the Northwest River Marsh Game Lands. The kitchen and living room have 9 windows so you can look out three sides of the house at the water. The walls are old rough cut boards and the ceilings are plywood. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate wood floor.

We are so excited to invite you to stay in our sweet little classic cottage, nestled in the heart of Elizabeth City's historic district. 1201 Church Street is surrounded by some of the original Elizabeth City homes dating all the way back to the late 1700s. We fell in love with the charm of the area combined with all of the up-and-coming attractions nearby. Our cottage is close to all of the new downtown breweries, wine bars, trendy restaurants, and waterfront district.
