It provides a living area, walk-in closet and bathroom. We are located in a quiet neighborhood two miles north of town. You can easily access the University, restaurants, and entertainment options. Mountain adventures await with local hikes and a full array of mountain activities. Our Manual will provide some recommendations.

With the overwhelming interest of The Penthouse, which is also on the property, we are excited to offer The Cottage as our next great place to stay in Ellensburg. Originally built in 1930, we have recently remodeled the space. The Cottage is a close walk from downtown, CWU and the rodeo grounds. We offer a full kitchen, double-headed shower and wonderful outdoor spaces complete with BBQ and outdoor lighting. The Cottage offers an abundance of natural light and custom touches to enjoy.

Studio 202 in Historic Downtown Ellensburg

Studio 202 is located in the heart of the historic district in downtown Ellensburg. Our studio is on the second floor in the 1889 Kleinberg building, that we’ve fully restored and renovated and placed on the National Register of Historic Places. Tastefully furnished with a queen bed, sitting area, 55” Smart TV, WiFi, AC, and fully equipped kitchenette. Its location allows for easy walking to restaurants, wine bars, brew pubs, galleries, museums, shopping and is only 6 blocks away from CWU.

The Wood House is a beautiful blend of both old and new while also having the luxuries needed to create the perfect stay. The exterior of the house is a striking mix of old-world charm and modern design, featuring a creative use of reclaimed materials. The interior is fresh and new including more unique touches and modern amenities. These elements give the house a distinct personality, blending contemporary aesthetics with a rich and eclectic feel.
