Enjoy your time out on the edge of the Allgäu in the middle of a fantastically beautiful landscape. Away from the hustle and bustle on a large estate, surrounded by meadows, forest and small lakes not far from the Allgäu Alps & Lake Constance. The house with approx. 100 m² is very quietly located, offers plenty of space for the whole family on 2 floors, including spacious outdoor facilities with terrace, barbecue area, soccer field, volleyball court, pool and plenty of green space. Small but nice single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. The immediate surroundings are a new development area (single and multi-family homes). The price varies according to the number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500 m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800 m) but also the surrounding nature are basically within walking distance. Parking space, WiFi included. The visitor's tax is charged on site after booking.

This unique place, a former weaver's house from 1791, has a style all its own. It was expanded and prepared with a lot of love for the house and for the guests. Stream run in Happy Allgäu

The property is located on a former agricultural property in a small village. In 2021/2022, part of the building was rebuilt using solid wood construction. The “BachLauf” holiday apartment has been ready for occupancy since July 2022! Many exposed wood walls exude a rustic, cozy flair typical of the Allgäu region. Highlights include: a 180x200 cm box spring bed, a 55" QLED TV, your own balcony and PhilipsHue ambient lighting. You will be able to relax completely!

Family suite with sauna area (XXL family bed)

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

The house in Isny with the apartment is very centrally located about 5-minute walk from the center and supermarket, shopping, gastronomy. Isny is a lovely small town in the Allgäu and is centrally located to many sights, for to Füssen to the royal castles and much more. It is also a very good starting point for hiking in the Allgäu. Ideally suited as a stopover. Friedrichshafen, Memmingen, Munich and Zurich airports are well connected to public transport.

Charming clean holiday flat in the middle of green

Beautiful cosy small holiday apartment 35 sqm in a really quiet location at the western gate to the Allgäu. Suitable for two persons, if desired also with extra bed, you can spend nice days here in a cosy apartment. There is also a garden with garden furniture, parasol etc. available. In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

Allgäu Idyll Wooden House

The Allgäu-Idyll-Holzhaus vacation home stands together with some farms on the edge of a clearing, in a slight hillside location 1 km north of Reichenhofen, on an approx. 5000 sqm property with a pond (fenced) and trees. On the property, in addition to the Allgäu-Idyll-Holzhaus vacation home, there is the Allgäu-Idyll-Landhaus vacation home and the family home. It is about 4 km to Leutkirch and about 30 km to Memmingen and Kempten.

Small, fine apartment

The apartment is quietly located, has its own entrance and is suitable for 2 people, possibly with a child. It is 70 m², has a large bedroom with a 140 × 200 + 90 × 200 bed. The living room with kitchen is equipped with a TV, stereo, fireplace and dining table. The cooking area is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and plenty of cooking utensils. The bathroom has a spacious shower, toilet and washing machine

Beautiful new basement apartment (50 m²) to relax and unwind in Beuren, a suburb outside the city of Isny in the Allgäu. From here you can start a hiking tour in the Allgäu Alps or explore the Allgäu by bike. You can cool off on warm summer days at the nearby Badsee Beuren. In the apartment is a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV with satellite connection and a modern bathroom with a floor-level shower.
