Many restaurants (some among the most highly rated) & coffee shops withinin short walking distance. Downtown (15min) bus stop is one short block away.

You cannot beat the location for access to downtown, Climate Pledge Arena, The Space Needle (visible from the rooftop!), and waterfront park. All the amenities of home you'd ever want are provided including a washer/dryer in unit, wifi, and Roku. The views on the rooftop are also incredible. A street parking pass is included in your stay but be aware street parking can be difficult at times.
