The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

Morgens direkt auf die Piste, ohne Skibus oder Schlange stehen - phantastisch! Das Apartmenthaus steht an der Piste zur Fleckalmbahn. Das Haus wurde 2018 gebaut und nach dem neuesten Standard eingerichtet. Beide Apartments besitzen eine separate Terrasse. Skiraum bzw. Abstellraum ist direkt im gleichen Gebäude vorhanden.

Alpine chalet with sauna and fantastic mountain views

The fantastically beautiful, luxuriously equipped chalet was built in 2017 in the Tyrolean Alpine style with a lot of old wood. The house is located 10 minutes from the mountain doctor's office on a high plateau above the village of Ellmau with a unique view of the Wilder Kaiser. In winter, the ski bus (stop 50 meters away) takes guests to the Ellmau ski resort in 5 minutes. You can ski back to the house.
