Also a table with 2 chairs and an infrared cabin for 2-3 people, which can also be used. The room is the most beautiful in the house. I call it the wellness or mountain room because you can see the mountains from both windows. There is free WiFi in the house for our guests. We are happy to share the spacious bathroom with bathtub, shower and 2 sinks with our guests.

The accommodation has a bedroom with bathroom and toilet, sofa bed for children up to 12 years, wardrobe and coffee / tea corner. It is a few minutes' walk from the center of Niederau. It takes about 5 minutes to the pharmacy, post office and grocery stores. The ski lift can be reached in approx. 10-20 minutes in Niederau or Auffach. It takes about 20 minutes to Wörgl and Hopfgarten. (Shopping, cinema, restaurants, etc ...)

Thanks to underfloor heating in the bathroom, it was not noticed that the room was in the basement. Fridge, hair dryer and coffee machine made the stay even more enjoyable. Allergy sufferers should know, however, that the cat lives in the house.”

Jetzt NEU: kleiner Kühlschrank, Herd mit zwei Kochplatten und die Möglichkeit zur Zubereitung Kaffee/Tee, Mikrowelle. Bei Ankunft besteht die Möglichkeit eine Gästekarte zu erhalten für ermäßigte Eintritte von Schwimmbad, etc..

The separate tiled stove could have been fired up as desired, which was not necessary due to the underfloor heating. Everything was really very clean and the access through the staircase with lockable doors to the corridor offers all discretion between guest and host. Thanks ”
