The kitchen block offers a fridge, a hob, a dishwasher, cooking utensils, etc. The bedroom is directly adjacent and we had thought that we would tastefully insert the bathroom with shower and toilet. The property is conveniently located because you are close to the train station and the city is also within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity there are various grocery stores. The view of the Kitzbüheler Horn and the grass mountains are a bonus.

The St. Johann ski resort, Kitzbühel is within easy reach. Through the separate entrance you are completely independent. Parking and Wi-Fi are also available. Ideal for 2 people with 1 bedroom and for 4 people there is also a pull-out couch in the kitchen-living room
