If you like peace and quiet and want to spend a vacation close to nature, this is the perfect place for you. Our vacation home is located in the old village center of Petkum, close to the ferry terminal to Ditzum. From here you can enjoy the vastness of East Frisia on both sides of the Ems - whether on foot or by bike or while fishing on one of the many canals (with guest card) or while watching the wild geese. Culturally, Emden also has plenty to offer (art gallery, state museum, ...).

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

Perfect for excursions in all directions and within a 20 km radius there is much more to experience and discover than you can do on a vacation. Monument-protected bakery in the town center of Rysum: Live in exceptional ambiance. Spacious living-dining kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom with corner tub, one shower room. Light-flooded living room with TV in the gable. Wifi but wobbly! Two small terraces. Bicycle shed. The path to the small "secret" beach by car: From Rysum to Emden, turn right towards KNOCK, turn to the end of the road (STRANDLUST), park your car and walk north on the water...

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Welcome to Tidehuus Krummhörn. Our house is a detached house and stands on a 1600 square meter plot. It was lovingly renovated in 2020. Last makeover of the living room 10/24. It is located in the quiet village of Loquard. It is about 2 km to the dike edge, 1 km to the baker (Rysum), 11 km to other shopping (Pewsum) or 12 km (Emden) The Tidehuus is a good starting point for extensive bike tours in East Frisia.

Moin and Welcome to our cottage in the idyllic fishing village of Greetsiel! On the ground floor of our house​ there is a nice spacious living room. This is followed by the kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs is the bedroom with double bed and single bed.

Vörenn vacation home in Loquard

Our Vörenn vacation home consists of a front house (Vörenn) and a rear house. The front house can accommodate 4 people, but in exceptional cases 5 people would also be possible. A charging facility for your electric car is also available.
