In a quiet residence, independent south-facing studio with a large terrace of 25 m2 without opposite with a garden of 100 m2. 15 min from the RER E station on foot or bus in front of the house or the Francilienne or A4 3-5 minutes by car. Small shopping area 5 minutes walk for your daily shopping. Two cats, one black and the other black and white, share our daily life and are very nice. Please respect them and do not feed them.
