Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Emilia-Romagna

Max makes you feel like family from the first contact you book the property. He dedicated himself to explaining every detail before our arrival. In addition, he gave recommendations for parking lots, local restaurants, was flexible with the time of arrival and time of departure. The house is a magical and historical place.

We stayed for two months in Nadia's apartment and had a very nice time. The apartment was very clean and all basic things were in place. Nice to have two enclosed little yards where we could let our little dog out. The neighbors we met were very friendly and the property is kept in good condition. The village of Cavriago is peaceful and quiet and there are a few restaurants and smaller shops. Within 200 meters was a rather large Conad supermarket, a pharmacy and a cosy family restaurant. We can definitely recommend the apartment and Nadia as a host.

We loved our stay with Marco! Everything was clean and as pictured. The house is even better in person than in the pictures. We stayed for one month and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again!

Loved our stay in Florence! Matteo’s home was beautiful and exactly as described. In the perfect location, we were able to walk everywhere quickly and easily. Matteo was extremely kind and helpful. Matteo provided detailed instructions making the check in process easy and provided many great recommendations. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and would definitely stay again in the future!

Marco was super super helpful and proactive. He had a detailed list of helpline numbers, recommendations and waste disposal. The host was even kind enought to accomodate us given the fact that construction was going on outside. The property is beautiful and well maintained.

Grosszügige, helle und gut gelegene Wohnung. Super geeignet mit Hunden (viele Gründflächen/Parks in der Umgebung) Und mit dem Auto kommend (Parkplatz vor dem Gebäude). Giorgio war super freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl und Zuhause gefühlt.

Me and my wife stayed there for 9 days. That was a great time and right decision not to stay in Florence. It is easy to get to the city but also you can sit and relax on a huge balcony enjoying the view of Florence. The apartment itself is huge and beautiful - living room, sun room and a balcony. Cannot thank Lapo enough for all the help he did for us. We had an issue with a local business (completely our fault) and he did everything and even more to solve the problem. We felt like his family members and it was our home during all our stay. Did not have any issues or noise or anything - cannot complain. Having a private parking is a big plus and convenience. We will definitely stay at the apartment again when we are in Florence.

Super host, excellent Appartment, very clean and well located

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

Ottima soluzione per visitare Pisa, Lucca e per fare belle escursioni nei dintorni. La casa si presenta molto pulita e con grande attenzione ai dettagli. disponibilità assoluta della host per ogni esigenza o consiglio. Ero col mio canino e con un gruppo di amici che venivano da fuori Toscana. Soluzione comoda e perfetta. In un contesto tranquillo, ma vicina a tutto. praticamente sei in periferia di Pisa per quanto è vicina. Lo spazio esterno, veramente godibile col tavolo grande dove ci godevamo la colazione all'aperto, è inoltre molto comodo per chi si muove come me col cane. Posso solo ringraziare Giovanna e la sua dolce canina Maia per accoglienza, gentilezza e disponibilità. Grazie. Soluzione assolutamente consigliata per chi si muove in macchina.

Der Aufenthalt war super. Wir hatten 2 Stunden vorher gebucht und durften ganz spontan rein. Sie hat uns gleich Tipps für die Gegend gegeben und und freundlich empfangen.

Casetta vicino al centro e al mare con un bel parcheggio comodo adiacente all'abitazione, attrezzata, confortevole e pulita. Francesca è stata sempre veloce e disponibile nella comunicazione, ci ha fornito anche consigli utili. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliatissimo!!!

Maison Flora is not just beautiful, it is perfectly located. Being across the Arno was bliss - away from the madding crowds of the centre. (Beware - the Uffizi was manically crowded even in April). There is a bustling restaurant scene, which suited us, and we were able to mix with the locals rather than crowds of tourists. Another bonus was being on the road towards Siena, so we could just hop on a bus without having to trek to the bus station. And on another day, two easy bus rides took us to Fiesole, from where we walked back through hills and woods. Calm and countryside - all at our fingertips.

Paola super gentile e disponibile. Alloggio semplice e perfetto per i giorni che interessavano a noi. Posizione eccezionale e via silenziosissima. Utile lo spazio esterno per poggiare le cose bagnate. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Consigliato!

Espositori a belgioioso , lappartamento è vicino , comodo e accogliente . Elisabetta è una fanciulla adorabile e spiritosa , e tutto è stato perfetto .

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Natalia per Pasqua. La casa ha un bellissimo giardino ed è facile raggiungere in macchina sia Forte dei Marmi sia il centro storico di Pietrasanta. L'arredamento della casa non è nuovissimo ma molto caratteristico. C'è la ferrovia vicina ma non ci ha dato alcun fastidio. Torneremo volentieri.

Nuestra estancia en el departamento fue maravillosa. Desde un primer momento Patrizia fue muy amable, estuvo en cada detalle y nos hizo sentir como en casa. La ubicación es inmejorable; está a pocos metros de la estación de tren que te comunica en minutos con S.M Novella para explorar la hermosa ciudad de Florencia. Tienes un supermercado a pocas cuadras y una hermosa cafetería en frente para desayunar si no quieres usar el hermoso balcón del departamento. Definitivamente recomendamos este lugar a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de la ciudad con comodidad, hospitalidad y excelente atención. ¡Sin duda volveremos!

We had a wonderful stay at Thomas and Elora’s apartment in Firenze! The apartment was both beautiful and highly functional — every detail seemed so thoughtfully considered. The location is fantastic, close to everything yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. We especially appreciated the great roof window that let in so much natural light, and the thoughtful touches throughout the space. Having two separate bathrooms was a real luxury, and the full kitchen and laundry made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. Thomas and Elora also provided excellent recommendations, which made exploring the city even more enjoyable. You can tell they really care about making their guests feel at home. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

L'appartamento è confortevole, in posizione strategica per chi volesse visitare Firenze a piedi. In 15 minuti circa sei in centro. I mezzi pubblici ci sono ma noi non ne abbiamo usufruito.L' unica cosa non c'è molta scelta di gastronomia nelle vicinanze,ma abbiamo trovato un ottimo posto per fare colazione al mattino,con ottime brioche e squisiti tramezzini. In generale siamo stati bene e Adriana era sempre disponibile a rispondere alle domande. Grazie mille per questa bellissima vacanza.

We had a wonderful time at Anna’s villa. The place is beautifully located within an easy walk to the tram station. The villa is absolutely stunning and full of history which Anna was more than happy to talk about. Anna is a wonderful host, always ready to share tips and recommendations. She made us feel right at home. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back at any time! :)

This was our ideal vacation home! Spacious patio with jacuzzi, comfortable interiors with beautiful bedroom views overlooking a large garden and a location just down from the main piazza. We found the host to be kind, knowledgeable and accommodating…

Ich hatte insgesamt einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Barbara, die auch jederzeit während des Aufenthaltes zu erreichen war und stets super freundlich und flexibel war. Bei meiner Ankunft wurde ich von ihrer Mutter herzlich empfangen, die mir alles in der Wohnung gezeigt und erklärt hat. Man hat wirklich alles was man braucht, kann sogar Wäsche waschen und auch bügeln. Ausserdem hat sie mir tolle Tipps für Besichtigungen in der Stadt gegeben. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat mir auch die Küche, in der man viele nützliche und sehr hübsche Dinge finden kann. Das Bett ist äußerst bequem, man hat sogar einen Bereich mit Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten/Gestalten und der süße Balkon ermöglicht es einem auch einfach mal die Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu frühstücken. Auch das Badezimmer ist rundherum funktional und liebevoll gestaltet. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann einen Aufenthalt bei Barbara nur wärmstens empfehlen! Danke

Alloggio pulito, spazioso, silenzioso, comodissimo alla stazione, al centro, negozi e supermercato. Host presente tramite chat e anche di persona per qualsiasi necessità e informazioni. Qualche difficoltà pratica ad aprire il locker per recuperare le chiavi ma le istruzioni self-check-in erano chiare ed esaustive. Abbiamo richiesto un asciugamano aggiuntivo per il viso perché c'è quello piccolo da bidet e il telo grande per la doccia. La proprietaria, gentilissima, ha subito provveduto con un ulteriore piccolo da bidet da usare per il viso. Nel complesso ottimo soggiorno, ci siamo trovate benissimo, per visitare La Spezia e Le cinque terre.
