Gino's place is great! Fiesole is a charming little town and access to Florence is very good. They gave us all the information we needed to easily access it. They are responsive, and it's very easy to communicate with. The accommodation is perfect, very clean. I have had many experiences with Airbnb and I have to say that this is the first that I have such a good welcome. A big thank you to Gino and Antonello!

Beautiful cottage, spacious, clean with air conditioning, jacuzzi and a car seat with a small garden. Ideally located for the tour of the Cinque Terre. i recommend it 😉 Vincent, Cindy & Nathan.

Beautiful, live accommodation is a thousand times more than the photos. Impeccable in everything from the details of the furniture to the comforts of the house. Spa with jacuzzi, sauna and fireplace. Nothing was missing in the kitchen, from wine glasses to food condiments. The host Andrea, always ready to answer all our questions, extremely kind, made us find the house warm and cozy, with wood and fire for the fireplace. Two steps from the center of Sestola but still in a quiet place, in 15 minutes by car you can easily reach the ski resorts. Absolutely a vacation to do again!

Very comfortable and very clean house with nice amenities (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, ceiling height >3m, air conditioning, impeccable sanitary facilities and kitchen) Giacomo was very responsive to our questions and requests.

Monica’s home is amazing. Tucked away in a very small village, I felt transported to another, simpler era. Yet, the accommodation included all the modern “necessities”. I loved cooking there, and the morning views post-rainfall were something else. Rent a small car for the journey up the mountain and if you’re not used to those types of roads definitely arrive during the day. Those who’re used to back roads should have no issue. Next time I will return with friends to fill the space and share the meals with.

The house is so nice, clean and cozy. Daniele gives us many helpful tips and place to go, very nice and proactive host.We enjoy our stay very much thanks to Daniele. The place is peaceful and easy to go anywhere, Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Cinque terra. Such a lovely house , highly recommend for family trip👍🏼

Our expectations were exceeded. Check-in was very hassle-free, we were even able to get into the house a few hours before the official check-in. Everything worked perfectly and there are several seating and lounging options. The owners showed us everything exactly and are super friendly. We were in constant contact and Fabrizio asked several times if everything was okay. The whole house and pool area was very clean. Shopping is a few minutes away by car. We had a very great time and would like to thank Fabrizio and Mariangela again. Best regards from Austria

I booked this house with 2 friends for Halloween and comics. Although maybe the chalet is more suitable for romantic couples, we had a great time, a beautiful and tidy house, a spectacular place that is kind and nice. Highly recommended, then there's the barbecue, which is no small thing:)

Absolutely loved our stay at Antonio's place. Everything was as described and the place exceeded our expectations. Came equipped with everything we needed and Antonio and Ruggiero were super hospitable! Highly recommend.

I nearly cried when I left Villa Fenice. Anya, Marianna and Simona worked together to make this an amazing experience. Fatty, the resident (outdoor) cat was a balm for the soul as we are grieving the loss of our cats. Despite more than usual rainfall, we enjoyed every minute in this area. The hot tub was being fickle, but the ladies worked quickly to rectify the issue. We had an assist with the linens (as we had a long stay.) We were welcomed with a bottle of rose and snacks. More amenities than you can imagine. Well stocked kitchen. Everything was perfection. It is by far, the BEST airbnb experience I've ever had. The only thing to be prepared for are that the bedrooms are small. Two of them worked well for two people, but the double bed rooms might be too small for two adults. The surrounding area was charming. The food recommendations were great! We can't recommend Villa Fenice enough. I could live here. And we can't thank Anya, Simona and Marianna enough.

Fantastic house on a beautiful place! In a valley among the olive trees and grape bushes. The house is cozily divided and there is enough space to be together, or to take a break. Spacious amenities:silverware, plates, etc., and everything neatly clean. Unfortunately, we had a few days of severe weather, so it was very nice that we were regularly asked how we were doing. The pool and garden were super maintained. An English information folder would have been useful. There was ample information for people who speak Italian a little better. In addition, we found out a little late ourselves that the jacuzzi and outdoor spa could be used for an additional fee, this was a quite spacious amount for us. All in all had a wonderful week, in a beautiful house, friendly host and definitely worth recommending!

Beatrice is a great host! She welcomed us very warmly and went around the house with us. She also gave us several recommendations of things to do in the area, which we really appreciated. The house was spotless and the exterior layout is breathtaking. The sunrise in the morning was amazing if you get a chance to see it. The house is a little away from the big cities so I recommend a car to make it easier to get around.

Very nice place with everything you need for a successful vacation. The kitchen and especially outdoor kitchen were well equipped to easily cook nice dinners for a bigger group. The pool was very nice. The house was clean and the bathrooms looked completely renovated. The best part was the hospitality of the owners. Very welcoming people that know the answer to all your questions about the area. Would recommend!

Without any doubt the most special Airbnb I have ever stayed at. My multigenerational family came here after a rough year and it was a tonic. It is not often in one’s life you have the opportunity to sit and look out at views like that hour after hour - the towns across the bay, the boats coming and going (including a submarine), the lights coming on in the evening… It is so much better than any words or photos could express. The swims were also outstanding. Brian was delightful and so helpful with recommendations. We will be back

I was with my two girls (9 ½ and 11). Sonia was kind, let us in as if we were household. Very helpful finding the place, sent a friend to bring us. Finca in excellent pasta she prepared . The house is magical, the pool is huge and pampering. There was complete privacy alongside worrying all the time we had everything we needed. My daughters and I were in the clouds and will come back for sure!!! Thank you so much for hosting a lovely stay in a magical and private forest.

We had an amazing time. The space was perfect and the surrounding area is incredible. We did not want to leave.

Very comfortable house suitable for a large group like ours with children, well equipped and clean. Ample space in the living area and nice outdoor space. The village, with all the services, is very close, we moved very little and we enjoyed the house that, despite being large, it warms very well. On the first day, with the enthusiasm for the snow, we were locked out of the house with the keys inside.....panic! The host, although not close, activated quickly and in a short time they came to open us up . Great stay

Our experience at Lisa's little house was great. The small house but equipped with everything you need is very comfortable as well as very clean... Lisa was very kind to let us find the fresh eggs, the homemade jam and the bottle of Prosecco in the fridge as well as other very pleasant things... the place is very nice and very comfortable to visit the beautiful places in the surroundings including Pisa and Lucca... at night it is really quiet... in short, we really relaxed... Thank you for everything Lisa, we will definitely return...
