Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Emilia-Romagna

5 Stars all the way. From the very start, Max was at the apartment to personally greet us and explain everything. The apartment is 500 years old - and is perfect. Location is great - a few minutes from Ponte Vexxhio, with so many restaurants around. Firenze is a dream city! When tired from so much walking, we went back to the apartment for a little rest - the kids loved it as well. Thank you Max for everything!

Really large apartment for 5 people in a very quiet area with 2 private gardens on the sides fully equipped with everything you can need both in the kitchen and in the bathroom with a washer and dryer. Very comfortable beds and pillows and warm home at the right point. Street parking in front of the apartment; supermarket really 100 steps from the house. Overall, a very kind and helpful experience, Mrs. Nadia was a pleasure to spend New Year's Eve in Cavriago on New Year's Eve 2025

We stayed in Marco's apartment for over a month - the experience has been completely wonderful. It's hard to add to the rest of more kind reviews for this place. The apartment is beautiful, impeccably clean, super equipped, with dazzling views, in a serene place, with parking always available and with a host who has thought of everything and is offered very generously. We are very grateful to Marco and Stefania for all their kindnesses and their permanent response. It's a beautiful area. The countryside, mountains, forests, meadows, villages, people , restaurants, bars. A beautiful Italian experience, close to attractive cities that we will certainly never forget. Thank you very much for everything!

Very pleasant stay, very nice apartment, clean, spacious and cozy. Great location , very close to the center, very convenient to reach the Cinque Terre given the proximity of the station. Fabio was very responsive, friendly and thoughtful. 5 stars deserved.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay. The location was quiet and peaceful with great access to Florence by train. Marco is an excellent host. He was always responsive and helpful and had a notebook with all the information we could ask for. He welcomed us with a very nice regional wine and biscotti. Everything we needed was in the accommodation. The town had nice restaurants, shops, and a great market on Saturday. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to visit Florence and Tuscany.

My stay in Bologna was made even better by the location of Andrea’s place. It’s very central but still private and has everything you would need. I highly recommend Andrea and hope to stay here again soon.

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

We had an incredible experience staying at Giovanna’s place during New Year’s! The accommodation was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to all the main attractions but in a peaceful area, allowing us to relax after the festivities. Giovanna was an outstanding host, always responsive and thoughtful. The atmosphere during the New Year’s celebrations was magical. We highly recommend her place and can’t wait to return!

The stay was great. We had booked 2 hours in advance and were allowed in quite spontaneously. She immediately gave us tips for the area and welcomed us in a friendly way.

House near the center and the sea with a nice convenient parking adjacent to the house, equipped, comfortable and clean. Francesca was always quick and available in communication, she also provided us with useful tips. Great value for money. Highly recommended!!!

Absolutely gorgeous property, modern amenities and ample space for a group of people. Matteo was great at communicating and helped us greatly with check-in. The walk to Florence’s town center is a bit long but easily done, great access to stores and food. The only small note is one bedroom faces a busier road and the noise may disturb light sleepers. Thanks for a great stay!

Exhibitors in belgioioso , the apartment is close , comfortable and cozy . Elisabetta is an adorable and witty girl, and everything was perfect.

The house is great and very well organised with all the necessary amenities , distance to Pietrasanta and to the beach covered on a daily basis by bicycles maybe not for all but not an issue for us , house is cool especially during very hot summer days and thanks to the fans present in each bedroom , I did read about the close trains passing by once again it could be an issue but personally they did not bother us , out all day and tired enough to sleep at night time , once again thank you for the great holiday home

This small but sunny apartment was quiet and just what I needed. Patrizia was very responsive throughout the entire process and helped me figure out the taxis, heating system, etc. thank you Patrizia for being a great host!

Perfect apartment in the beautiful Florence city, the best you can find

Our stay at Villa Le Pergole was amazing. The Villa was the true essence of Tuscany. Though the beauty and history was amazing, the best part was Anna. She is such a kind host going above and beyond to make our experience magical. She helped us navigate the city, provided a cosy, relaxing space, and made us feel completely at home. It is possible to get to Florence by walking to the bus and/or tram. We highly recommend Anna's home!

The location couldn't be better - major tourist attractions are just a short stroll away, and there's a convenient grocery store around the corner. The apartment comes fully equipped with all essential amenities, including a washing machine for longer stays. Parking spot, though compact - even larger SUVs can squeeze in. The host was excellent with communication throughout my stay.

I felt so at home in Barbara's cozy apartment. The kitchen was well-supplied, with everything I needed to prepare meals. She also had eggs, yogurts, water, coffee, cream, and more food to start my mornings. Barbara recommended some of the best local restaurants. I came to Italy to write. Her office was a writer's dream, adorned with motivational quotes and bathed in natural light with a breathtaking view of the mountains. However, the biggest unexpected bonus was Barbara's mom. She warmly greeted me at the train station, effortlessly helping me with my luggage to the third floor. Once inside, she graciously walked me through everything I needed to know during my stay. A few days later, she returned to show me how to operate the washing machine. Then, on my last day, she kindly returned to take me to the airport, my luggage. All made my departure seamless and stress-free. I wholeheartedly recommend Barbara's home without hesitation to anyone seeking a warm and welcoming retreat.

The accommodation was super well located to visit the Cinque Terre. It was very spacious and matched the descriptions of the listing. The host was super kind and helpful. By far the best lodging we've been staying so far. We arrived and there was water, sparkling wine and juice for us in the refrigerator. I highly recommend the accommodation.

Very responsive host helped us in everything even with the delay due to traffic. Tactical location to get to the center by tram in 10 minutes. Apartment as shown in the photo. Well served area. Recommended.
