The apartment is comfortably and cozily furnished with a separate entrance on the 2nd floor. The ski room, bike room and laundry room are on the ground floor with a separate entrance. Parking in front of the house is available for free.

The surrounding nature offers all guests numerous outdoor opportunities. From biking to hiking, paragliding in summer and sledging, skiing or snowshoeing in winter, provided there is enough snow. The valley station of the cable car Emmetten - Stockhütte mountain station is about 150 meters away from the studio.
