Rivesaltes, typical village of the Occitanie region. An exceptional setting close to the beaches (15 min) and the mountains with beautiful ski resorts. Perpignan is just 10 minutes away and Spain is 25 minutes away. Village center a few minutes' walk or drive away, all shops, services and transport. Large shopping mall 10 min away. nice studio on the ground floor with terrace, equipped for two or 4 people with 1 double bed, and 1 sofa bed. 5 minutes from the city center on foot, you can enjoy old streets of Ceret, its modern art museum or a relaxing moment at a café terrace in the shade of plane trees. New villa between sea and mountains

If you appreciate the original Airbnb spirit, welcome to the house I occupy and make available for part of the year. No universal decoration but restored furniture, paintings or DIY objects and 2 cats to cuddle. Located 10 minutes from Perpignan, 20 minutes from the beaches, Spain, 50 minutes from the mountains with all shops nearby. Small cottage by a pool with views

Small 17 m2 cottage by a pool in a beautiful setting with stunning views of the Roussillon plain. (In the hosts' property) Llauro, a typical village of the Aspres, is a short walk away. It is possible to eat at the Bistrot de Pays in the village at noon... (no kitchen in the cottage) The sea is 28 km away... (40 min) and Spain is 20 km away (30 min)... Not to mention the beautiful hikes you can do in the nearby mountains...
