It has a kitchen, full bathroom, and living room with a wood-burning fireplace. It is located in the middle of the Montseny Natural Park, a Biosphere Reserve. Direct access to the Tordera River that passes just below the house. 15 minutes from the town of Montseny and 20 minutes from Sant Esteve de Palautordera. Views, nature, disconnect.

The patio house

The patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. There is a huge dressing room in the beautiful entrance. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not find anything missing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.

Ell lloc és molt tranquil i el loft acaba de res reformat mantenint l'essència rústica y práctica al mateix temps. Disposa de planta baixa amb sortida directe al pati amb cuina, bany i sala d'estar i primer pis obert amb llit de matrimoni. El pati és ideal per poder pendre un esmorzar o un sopar a la fresca. La piscina és compartida amb amb nosaltres.

Urban center with a multitude of leisure and fun options ideal for couples or families, recreational activities all year round, public transport, the airport is in Girona 20 minutes away. Park with lake in front of the house. You'll love my place because of its location: pleasant outdoors, garden, chill-out loungers... ideal for relaxation and leisure. A different place.

It is located in a very quiet area, overlooking "Les Gavarres", where you can spend a few days relaxing on the Costa Brava, where you will feel right at home, as one of our priorities is to respect your privacy. Its location allows you to visit wonderful beaches and tourist towns such as Palamós and Platja d'Aro in a few minutes by car.
