Holiday house Mariscos is situated less than 20 metres from a beautiful bay on the Mediterranean Sea. It situated on the first line towards the sea in the Costa Brava area in Porto de la Selva, Spain. Family and friends gathering. For those who like swimming, snorkelling or sunbathing, there is the bay at a 3 minutes walk. Our house is suitable for couples, families ( with children), friends, business travelers and furry friends ( pets ). Since April 2025 there is glasfiber Wifi and airco.

Very bright house with typical design architecture of the area. Privileged location, in front of the beach of S'Alqueria Petita with beautiful views in the Portlligat area which is characterized by being one of the best beaches of Cap de Creus and for its tranquility. The house consists of a fully equipped living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room and two terraces, one with an outdoor dining area and chillout with hammocks overlooking the sea and another with access to the street.

An indoor swimming pool reflects sunlight streaming through expansive glass walls. A serene view of the garden and distant sea is visible beyond the pool area, showcasing lush greenery and natural light filling the space.

The villa is a 2-minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes from the city center, shops, restaurants and evening bar. You'll love my place because of the comfort (new bedding), the great sea view, the quiet environment, fully equipped gym (professional appliances), and the great heated pool. My place is good for couples, friends, and families (with kids). A security deposit of €1,500 in cash or check is requested on the day of arrival, returned on the day of your departure after inventory

Renovated fishermen's house, Mediterranean style, located in the old town of L'Escala, close to all services, next to the Passeig del Mar, a few meters from the beaches: Port d'en Perris, La Platja.
