**To be highlighted: its private Balinese-style pool, with its natural stones, salt water, bench inside, wooden terrace, all surrounded by exotic plants. Beautiful house, with right angles and gabled roofs and at different levels. Divided into ground floor and first floor. We enter the garden of the house from the back, where we find two porch areas where cars can be parked. We access the house through one of the two doors it has and we find an open-plan dining-living room area with an "office" type kitchen.This space is open to the outside and to the private garden through two large windows that communicate with the terrace, thus creating a feeling of great spaciousness. Two double rooms on the ground floor with two complete bathrooms with shower. On the first floor we find the main room with "en suite" bathroom and private terrace. It has functional and comfortable furniture, in light colours, which contrast with the colored bathrooms, which are more youthful. Furnished and equipped terrace to spend leisure time outdoors or enjoy family meals. This villa is located a few meters from the beach. Recently refurbished rustic Catalan style four bedroom villa offers a wonderful holiday environment with its own private pool and comfortable facilities in the house. Please be reassured that this villa has a deep clean after every visitor to ensure there is no spread of any viruses. Its only a short drive to the nearest sandy beach at Sant Antoni de Calonge where the children can play safely in shallow waters and explore the rocks. There are lovely beaches at Palamos & Platja D'Aro too.
