Recommended! Good communication and flexibility. Lots of ease and understandable as we are running a little late. The apartment is in a refurbished bass or local and is accessed directly from the street. Acojedor and clean. The sofa bed is not very comfortable and there is little space to unfold it. The master bedroom if comfortable. Overall a good experience

We travel to visit family. The area is very quiet and close to parks , leisure areas, health center, restaurants, train... Everything is very well connected. Rosa excellent host, from the first moment she was interested in that we had what we needed, the husband left us the house warmly so that the reception was very pleasant, she helped us with the luggage...Nice, very good treatment, communicative, available, recommended 💯

Our stay was enjoyable but very enjoyable. We were great, very nice apartment. It's a pleasure to communicate with Sara who was attentive, friendly and very flexible. That's nice.

The apartment is recycled to new, with everything you need to spend an excellent stay! It is very tastefully decorated and very bright. The location is excellent, close to shopping venues. Communication with the hosts was smooth and they allowed us to leave our bags a few hours before check-in time so we could take a quiet tour of the city. They shared a guidebook with recommendations that helped us get to know Madrid better. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you very much!

Definitely recommend this apartment. The location was fantastic and the apartment was perfect for a couple or three people. Restaurants, bars, attractions were all walkable. Marie was great as well. Super friendly and always very responsive. You should stay here.

We had a great stay in Chamartin. The apartment was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Area is great for access to town and great restaurants. Apartment is on the small side when traveling with kids given the lack of living space and a separate dining area. But the three bedrooms and balcony help make up for it, especially if not having an extended stay.

It seemed like a very cozy apartment,very nice decorated,with several rooms ,its kitchen ,with a good location and that Marta was always a very friendly person,worried that everything would go well and we would understand the directions to get there and clarify any questions . If we came back we would probably like to go back there.
