Large room on the 2nd floor with great views in the middle of the village of Stierva in the Albula Valley - at the entrance to Surses and Parc Ela. Suitable for hikers, bikers, ski tours, snowshoes... Wonderful scenery, quiet surroundings. The living room in the attic can be used: dining table, billiards, games, TV apps, books. Eating together is possible. However, the kitchen is private and can only be used together with Béa by arrangement. The guest bathroom is shared by the guests in the small room.

We live in Menaggio, in a big house with garden, close to the bus hub, the supermarket and the beach. Every room is spacious and light-filled. Enjoy your breakfast in the living room or on the terrace. Our place is ideal for couples, bicycle riders or small groups who love trekking. In our house we offer three rooms, available independently: 1) Twin beds with priv. bathroom 2) Twin beds with shared/priv. bathroom 3) Single bed with private ensuite No kitchen facilities. Ask for special rates.

The spacious (24 m²) south/east room in our B&B La Scala includes a private bathroom on the floor. A fantastic roof terrace with a view invites you to enjoy aperitifs at sunset. For breakfast, we will spoil you with all kinds of homemade and regional (mainly organic) delicacies. In our small library you will find numerous tips on the surroundings, books and games. You can also make tea, read a book or watch the village scenes on the adjoining balcony.

The Alpina house was acquired by Nelly Hellrigl-Greiner in 1935. Initially, it was run as a guesthouse, butcher shop and a small farm. After a few years, the agriculture and butcher's shop were abandoned. By converting and increasing the barn, more rooms were gained. In 2019, I brought the Alpina back into the family as the 3rd generation as a great-granddaughter. Now I am looking forward to the new challenge and warmly welcome you. Vanessa

The strategic location of the apartment, a few km from Lugano and a few steps from Menaggio offers the opportunity to easily reach the most significant points of Lake Como and Lake Lugano.

Le Tradizioni, Apple Orchard Room

"MELETO" room: double bed with bathroom. In summer, this room is a little warmer than the others and, despite the cooling system, it is not possible to achieve a temperature below 26 degrees. For those who are particularly sensitive to heat or are used to sleeping with the air conditioning on, I recommend the much cooler Vigneto room.

The room is equipped with a double bed, bathroom with shower, TV, kettle, clothes hanger and double terrace. One of the terraces is furnished with sofas or chairs, ideal for enjoying the lake during the breathtaking sunset or the breva, the local wind that rises from the lake in the early afternoon.

Our house is located above Alvaneu village, the sun terrace of the Albula Valley at 1250 m above sea level. with beautiful views of the village and the mountains of Parc Ela. In the village there is a Volg shop and a doctor. We comply with the Covid cleaning plan.
