Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die Wohnung ist eine absolute Wohlfühloase. Der Blick direkt in die Berge und in die Natur ist wunderschön. Viel Holz und edle Materialien machen die Wohnung zu einem Bijou. Holzböden, ein Schwedenofen, 2 Doppelschlafzimmer mit Boxspringbetten (1 x 1.80 m, 1 x 1.60 m), 2 Badezimmer 1 x mit Dusche WC, 1 x mit Bad/Dusche/WC. Küche mit Induktionsherd, Nespresso Maschine und vieles mehr gehören zum Standard. Der eigene Parkplatz verfügt über eine Ladestation für E Autos (kostenpflichtig).

Davos-Sertig, vacations in nature

Our house is secluded in the quiet nature reserve in the Sertigtal. In winter, it can be reached directly via the black-marked deep snow slope from the Jakobshorn. In spring, summer and fall, it's great for biking. Hiking trails and cross-country ski trails pass by the house. The bus station is at the bottom of the house. Since Davos is a spa town, a visitor's tax must be paid. This is 5.90 per day per person 12 years and older. The visitor's tax is collected on site at check-in.

Sulla cima di una collina, circondata da vigneti e coltivazioni , si erge il fienile di "Torre Scilano", luogo incantevole, situato lungo la via "Bregaglia" , il cui sfondo sono le cascate dell'Acquafraggia. Sito non solo naturale, ma anche storico-archeologico , in quanto il fienile sorge sui resti dell'antica Piuro, fiorente città sepolta da una frana nel settembre 1618. Questa particolare costruzione storica è legata strettamente al territorio agricolo-colturale.
