The 200-year-old farmhouse is located next to a waterfall, forest and lake in a quiet environment. The house has only been gently renovated. Much is still in its original condition, such as the historic room with walnut buffet, old parquet and tiled stove. It is heated with central heating. All rooms are wood-paneled. The floors can creak when entering - it's just part of the old wooden house. Here you can find rest and still be close to great excursion possibilities. Families and groups will feel comfortable here.

Access by car is not possible in winter. If it snows, you can take a sleigh or skis from the village directly to the house. We rent a cozy house with a large terrace in the rustic Muotathal. All infrastructure is available. Very family-friendly (no traffic) located in the agricultural zone, yet within five minutes of the village center with shopping and public transport. Ideal for families and sports enthusiasts, in winter ski tours, sledding with huskies and skiing in the nearby ski resort of Stoos. Cross-country and snowshoe trails right by the house. In summer, it is a hiking paradise.

Outdoors there are sun loungers, a dining area and a barbecue area.

The house is about 5 minutes' walk from the parking lot. Transport for luggage and food/beverages is organized during check-in time. On the first visit, we go to the house together, as the wood stove and oven need explanation.
