Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt im Souterrain mit direktem Zugang zur großen überdachten Terrasse und Blick auf das paradiesische Ruhrtal. Die 45 m² große behagliche Wohnung ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Vom Küchentisch blickt man direkt durch das bodentiefe Fenster in den Garten und zur Ruhr.

Fully equipped 75m² apartment in a quiet and first-class residential area with a private entrance. The apartment is distributed over two floors. The generous cut leaves nothing to be desired and is therefore also ideally suited for longer stays. Carport is free to use. For motorcycle tours it is a great location at the gateway to the Sauerland. Exits to the numerous lakes or through the mountainous winding surrounding area invite many bikers. Seminars in the Kaiserhaus 800m walking distance.

Welcome to a residential oasis between the Sauerland and the Soester Börde. The apartment is located in a new building and is well equipped. It is right by the park in the municipality of Ense; about 20 minutes from Dortmund Airport. There are numerous leisure activities on the nearby Möhnesee and the Ruhr. The Ruhr Valley Cycle Path is in the immediate vicinity. Balcony, kitchen, sofa bed - for 2 more guests - everything is available. We're so glad you're our guests!

Quiet, with terrace, private garden, barbecue. I am a passionate host. I have furnished the apartment and maintain it as I would feel comfortable at home. The modern spacious apartment is wonderfully quiet, with private terrace and views of Lake Möhne. The terrace faces south overlooking Lake Möhne. In the pleasant partial shade under the trees, you can really enjoy your vacation. The apartment is located on the first floor of the house and is accessible via a separate entrance, which offers sufficient privacy. On the quiet, low-traffic road there is ample parking.

The Soest All Saints' Day fair and the beautiful Christmas market are popular destinations, but also various sights as well as nearby Lake Möhnesee offer the possibility of varied activities.
