A bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed, and a child's bunk bed, living room, equipped kitchen and sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. It is located 2 km from the beach of Châtillon at the end of Lake Bourget, and it is a 10-minute drive 9 km from Chanaz, a very flowery village crossed by a Roman canal that connects the Lake to the Rhône from where boats leave for Aix-les-Bains as well as the Abbey of Hautecombe, necropolis of the Kings of Italy. For bike lovers, it is possible to take excursions in the largest poplar grove in Europe.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for couples who love nature and want to relax in peace. The chalet is not suitable for children and infants. At an altitude of 650 m, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. Birds of prey and other birds as well as large animals (deer, hinds) can be frequently observed depending on the season.
