This large studio is located in the heart of Villeneuve-la-Garenne and is right in front of the "Quartz" shopping center. You will therefore appreciate the proximity (20 meters) of various shops for shopping and several restaurants. Free parking is available 7 days a week in the Quartz shopping center in front of my building (20 m). Please note, it closes every evening from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Great for the 2024 Olympics. Ideally located close to the lake, casino and SPA Barrière, shops, market 3 times a week and restaurants.
