At the centre of many possibilities: 10 min from Valdobbiadene/Prosecco hills UNESCO heritage, 20 from Asolo/Maser/Possagno/Ville Venete; one hour from Venice and the Dolomites. For years I was the only inhabitant, today there are 6 of us, romantically immersed in greenery, relaxing, to find yourself among nature, beauty, food and wine, excursions.

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

Apartment in sunny Cornaiano

The cozy apartment was newly built in 2022 and is located in the beautiful wine village of Girlan (Cornaiano). After a short walk (5 min) you will reach the village center with grocery stores, restaurants and a bus connection. It is only a few minutes by car from the Monticolo Lakes or Lake Caldaro. The state capital of Bolzano is also only 18 minutes by car. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions.

Located in the middle of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage site, the property is a cabin located at 1820 m in a very panoramic, sunny and isolated position! You can walk to it in 10 minutes. A gigantic view, a private terrace and two new and stylish apartments. Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Etschtal, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.
