Monthly Rentals in Erba

I recommend it with all my heart! Erba is a quiet town, an ideal base for Lake Como or Milan. Anna's apartment is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. It has everything you need for a normal life - the kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washing machine and a very comfortable bed! Fast internet is also a plus. The parking spot is behind the barrier, the neighbors are nice and quiet. The neighborhood is quiet, you can hear the trains passing by, but after the first day, it doesn't pay attention to them. Close to a bakery, a 10-minute walk away is a wonderful place for breakfast or coffee - Vago Café. The station is a 5-minute walk away. An apartment perfect for a couple as a starting point. We'll definitely be back!

Gianluigi was a great host. he checking everything and very friendly, "no doubt about it " very good host. The condo, location was 100% good. just the coner had bus stop. There are supermarkets ,cafes other amenities nearby. The condo is same as the pic. it was comfortable. also he made late checkout for us. Thank you so much!! I recommend highly.

The perfect home! Before arriving, I was told everything in detail on how to get in and get to the house. dispose of them for everything; the only thing, turn on the heater with air conditioning that in the evening can start to get quite cold.

Adorable two days! Erba is a very beautiful townhome. Although we got in during the rainy season and drove to various attractions outside of Erba for the day, it was very nice to come home to a haven of peace. The photos don't give a complete picture of the place - it's much better! Spacious space, room for 4 people, plenty of room. Super host and hostess! Responsive and helpful. 🙂 Would definitely like to come back sometime again.
