Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 sqm we offer a place with cozy warmth due to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.), our sunken pool (heated by solar - water temperature therefore depends on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

The smoke-free basement with 5 windows has a hallway with a wardrobe, a daylight shower room with a hairdryer and vanity mirror and a 40 m² living/bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed), armchair, large smart TV, Wi-Fi/VDSL, telephone, desk, 140 cm wide bed and shutters. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

Come, hike, feel comfortable and relax, recharge your batteries, find peace and feel safe in our ground floor apartment, which we have renovated mindfully. We bought and built the farm 11 years ago, gardening and living here very happy ever since, despite all the tasks that are still waiting. Meanwhile, our daughter Nele's family also lives on the farm. Nele is also always responsive. You will find us on the outskirts of Wald-Erlenbach.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.
