Small charming house 15 minutes to Erfurt.

The small house is located on the county road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of lumber and exudes a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with French balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible at any time of the day by arrangement.

The creaky stairs lead up to the top floor, where you can settle down immediately in this beautiful town house from 1911 and start your holiday, as the beautiful and the useful are in harmony with each other. The theatre, cathedral square, Krämerbrücke bridge, museums, churches, shops and numerous restaurants, cafés and pubs are all within walking distance. For relaxing or jogging, the Erfurt garden exhibition ega, the Luisenpark and the dendrological garden are close by.

The idyllically located vacation home with a size of about 50 m² has a living room with open kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with space for 4 people and a dining area. The cottage is located in the climatic health resort of Finsterbergen directly on the edge of the forest in a small bungalow settlement. Because of its location it provides an ideal starting point for hikes (Rennsteig). The leisure pool with mini golf and volleyball and a tennis court are about 200 m away.

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. If you want to use them, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in summer by arrangement.

In the middle of the city center above the rooftops of Weimar, super centrally located on Herderplatz, the spacious 140 m² 4-room duplex apartment is located in the attic. A large roof terrace overlooking the castle lets the evenings end comfortably with wine. They are located when leaving the house right downtown with many cafes, restaurants and attractions. A baker for the breakfast rolls is right around the corner.

The Steigerwald Erfurt (called "Steiger" for short) is located on the opposite side and offers an infinite amount of nature and associated hiking trails on around 1,000 hectares. From here you can walk to the city centre, all of Erfurt's landmarks, culture, gastronomy, retail and grocery stores. If you come by car, you will find free parking along the Parkstraße. The tram (stop Steigerstraße or Milchinselstraße) can be reached on foot in about 8 minutes.

The vacation apartment is located on the 1.7 hectare site of the GerApfeLand vegetable nursery and is located below the Steigerwald forest just outside the state capital Erfurt. The Geraradweg cycle path passes directly by the site. With us you can combine a relaxing stay in the countryside with a city trip. The vegetable garden is located right on the river Gera. If you feel like it, you can "garden" with Diana and Moritz or just relax.
