César was very attentive and helped us a lot in the check in and checkout. The house has a peaceful sunset view at home and all amenities for a 3 family. The psychina is huge. It is not in the center, but it is easy to walk or bike. I recommend it to those who want to visit Santa Cruz

We absolutely loved the beautiful terrace with the BBQ. The kitchen is awesomely equipped and the living room with a smart TV is a great place to chill.

We had a great stay at Carey and Sanjay’s apartment. The place is spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable— even better than in the photos. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location is amazing, with easy access to everything we needed. Carey and Sanjay were excellent hosts—responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. They made sure everything went smoothly during our time there. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would be happy to stay again in the future.

Nice and cozy house perfectly located with walking distance from main surfing beaches, shops and restaurants but still in quiet location. It exceeded our expectations!

I stayed with my wife for 2 months (November and December). We were working during this time, wifi is fast and reliable. Nice bike path to the Balleal beach and Peniche. Appartment was clean, we had a great stay. 100% recommended!

Amazing stay at Catarina’s rooftop apartment. The place is in a great location, next to botanical garden and very walkable to many bars, restaurants, shops and parks. The balconies are great and offer contrasting views- one overlooking the street with river and Mountain View, the other overlooking the botanical garden. Catarina was super friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend 👌🏼

Prez was particularly attentive: everything necessary and even more was available in the apartment. He was very flexible, kind and committed to sharing many tips. The apartment is well equipped and quite as described. I would recommend it 100%

Excellent location, surrounded by many restaurants, cafes, shops and easy access to public transportation! The apartment was spacious, had everything you need for your stay. Windows are to the inside yard so it was peaceful and quiet! Could not have asked for more!

We had such a wonderful stay with our family of 4. The location could not have been better. Beautiful neighborhood with shopping, restaurants and a park. Also close to other neighborhoods that were fun to explore. You can’t go wrong here! The home was clean, beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. Malfalda was incredibly responsive and kind. The flat was clean and nice, as in description and photos. I love Parede area, was staying there second time, as it is just next to good local places, beach and more calm flow then in Lisbon. We did not use grill part, but the terrace was super sunny and spacy. In the kitchen you can literally find everything you need, the bed was super comfortable. I probably missed the description part that the flat is very close to railways, you can honestly hear the trains, but after first night actually it was already not so loud. Nuno was also very friendly and helpfull.

The apartment was beautiful and amazing location! We were there when power went out in all of Portugal and they waited for us to let us in because they knew that the door code wouldn't work - so thoughtful! Clean and had everything we needed!!

Jorge is an outstanding host. Although we arrived late in the evening and had to self check-in, we encountered some difficulty locating the right apartment. However, after a quick phone call, Jorge guided us directly to it with ease. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. While we had read in other reviews that some of the interior feels a bit dated, it wasn’t an issue for us. The highlight is its prime location—just a short walk from a stunning beach and train station. Conveniently located in between Cascais and Lisbon which made it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas.

Lovely spacious, clean & modern apartment. You can walk to the beach & bar (busy road to cross but there is an underpass). Supermarket & amazing bakery are a few mins away too. We stayed for a week in April 25. Pools are not heated. Hired a car to explore Sintra, Cascias and further up the Lisbon coast. Lots of parking at apartment. Safe area. Lovely little garden backs on to road but otherwise peaceful. We got the train into Lisbon from Sao Pedro do Estrorli several times.

We stayed here for 10 days over New Year and had a fabulous time. The apartment is very comfortable and extremely well equipped for a holiday rental. A lot of thought has gone into this to make it so. We had everything we needed. The owners are very responsive and it is obvious that they care a lot about their apartment and the people staying there. The local property manager, Elisa, is very friendly and readily available. We really would love to return one day.
