Large dining table. 3 full baths, 3 full bedrooms, 1 bedroom small with sleeper sofa and closet. Full kitchen, washer dryer, pool (closed after 9/2) tennis court access. Propane grill. Shared outdoor shelter for larger gatherings. Fire pit. Boat launch + dock rental available by day or season (during the summer).

Located on the Goose creek wildlife preserve in Loomis Bay this is truly the sweet spot on Chautauqua lake. We are close to all the major attractions on the lake and minutes from the beautiful town of Lakewood and the Jamestown Comedy Center. We have a 40 ft dock with direct access to the lake with 3 kayaks to use. This is the perfect place to sit back and unwind in this natural paradise on the lake minutes away from Chautauqua counties major attractions.

Well maintained house with everything you would need to have a great stay on at the Lake Side Main Door has Code Access for Key less Entry and Late Arrival The House is Part of Hazel Park which is a Picnic and Beach Area on the water also a Dock to swim or Fish off and a place to Dock your Boat for Loading and unloading (If you would like to use there is an additional $50 Fee to pay at check in that i pay to the Association for your use)
