Not only that, we are located right next to Franconian Tuscany   right at the doorstep of Franconian Switzerland. In all seasons, you can experience pure nature, city and regional culture here. Numerous breweries where you can enjoy typical culinary delights and traditionally brewed Franconian beer await you here. In no time, you'll have forgotten your everyday worries.

The 2 apartments are equipped with several bedrooms, living areas, a private kitchen, a spacious bathroom and an additional guest toilet. All attractive tourist spots are relatively easy to reach - such as the old town, trade fair and playmobil land.

The house by the walnut tree is a tastefully furnished vacation home, renovated with building biology materials, very well equipped and in a quiet residential area within walking distance of the romantic old town and a small lake. The non-smoking house can accommodate up to six people. No parties or bachelor parties. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed to protect allergy sufferers.

In der Hauptsaison gibt es auch kostenlose Seenlandbus, mit diesen könnt ihr bequem das Seenland erkunden.
