We spent seven days in the house. Everything went well. Host Maria Terezinha very attentive. The entire house with all the necessary utensils. The Stadie was great.

We had a great experience in Piçarras! The apartment is excellent, very clean, well maintained and extremely spacious. We were in three adults, accompanied by our two pets, and we were all very comfortable. The condominium is very well structured, with attentive and helpful employees. Paulo gave us great tips of places to go, Julia, was gracious and helped us promptly upon arrival. Without a doubt, we intend to return in the summer to enjoy this beautiful beach even more! We love the stay! Excellent! Great location. Newly opened building, all very new, both inside the apartment and in the common areas. Exceptional Lazer, has swimming pool, jacuzzi, children's playground, barbecue, laundry, covered garage. Pertinho da Praia da Armação (you can walk) close to restaurants, snack bars, supermarkets, etc. It is about 20 minutes drive from Navegantes airport and about 10 minutes from Beto Carrero. It is also easily accessible by car to other beaches in the city. If you go on tours there, the agencies search the apartment because of the location. The balcony (terrace) of the apartment is giant. My daughter loved to play there! And the view is beautiful (you can see the beto carrero and the beach). New Utensils and everything we need is there. They only do not provide bath towels, but they warn from the beginning. Flexible check in and check out. Anyway, everything perfect! I loved the city of Penha, it has beautiful beaches! We'll definitely go back and stay again.Thank you!

Our stay was perfect. We chose Leandro's house in order to rest. The house is far from the center, around 10km. Praia calm. We were lucky with the weather, as it did not rain any day. There's a little store next door that has everything to buy. Leandro lives next to the house and any need is to resort to him, who has always attended us willingly. From house to sea are only 50 meters. You can see the sea from the gate. You have to bring bed linens and dishcloth. We take our Pet. It has a huge backyard for him. We use the barbecue a lot. It has air conditioning in both bedrooms. City Hall has no air-conditioning in the living room, but you don't need it, as the place is cool. Only one microwave was missing, to make it easier to heat food faster. Great value.

First time using airbnb and it was great. Itapoa with its warm waters, beautiful beaches. Clean house, organized. With sea views and various utensils available.

Spacious and pleasant apartment with an extended balcony that is a very favorable point. The air-conditioning did not account for the day, but it was because it was very hot, the night cooled well. Equipped with basic items that supply for the days off. We didn't miss it, it was really nice. I will return more often for sure. And the condominium, it's perfect. Everything a family needs to rest and have moments together, beach, swimming pool, games, sport and at Carnival we still had party in the pool. If I could score 1,000 I would give it! Luana is also very much in demand, when I asked to book the outdoor barbecue, she promptly assisted us.
