There is an outdoor barbecue area with seating, and inside the house there is a snooker table, darts, and a Partyboss sound system with a microphone. The house also has a gym, a bike room, and a ski room with a table tennis table. It is possible to book 2–4 e-bikes in advance. The house is located by a busy road; there are 2 exits from the house, which are not easy. It is also possible to park in the car park by the church. The whole house is quiet and there is no noise. The garden is a short distance from the river, with a pleasant, private natural setting.

The two beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long, and there is one 2 × 2 m sofa bed, which is very comfortable as a third bed. In 15 minutes, you can walk through the vineyards to Seußlitzer Castle; the Elbe Cycle Path is only 400 metres from our property; you can relax in the Goltzscha natural swimming pool. perfect .
