Das Ferienhaus hat 160 qm Wohnfläche und 5 Schlafzimmer für 10 plus 2 Personen. Es liegt mitten im Leipziger Neuseenland am Hainer See 20 km südlich von Leipzig. Kernstück des Hauses ist ein 70 qm großes Ess-/Wohnzimmer mit riesigen Fenstern, langer Esstafel und Kaminofen. Es gibt zwei große Terrassen, von der oberen hat man einen Blick weit über den See. Das Haus wurde bewusst für gesellige Tage im größeren Kreis konzipiert. Für die Kinder gibt es viele Bücher, Spielzeug und einen Spielboden.

Wenn Du richtig abschalten willst, neuen Spirit brauchst und mit einer minimalistischen Ausstattung zufrieden bist, aber den Luxus der Freiheit, abendlichen Sonnenuntergängen von Deiner Terrasse aus, Vogelgezwitscher am Morgen und das Muhen von glücklichen Kühen zu schätzen weißt, bist Du bei uns richtig. Du kannst Dir Deine Mahlzeiten im Tiny House selbst zubereiten oder aber einen Bio-Frühstückskorb zum gesunden Start in den Tag ordern. Es gibt eine Komposttoilette, Außendusche geplant.

Bouda Orlí Hnízdo je zážitkové ubytování v lese na strmé skále. Relativně těžko dostupné. 60 min. autem z Prahy, 30 min z Plzně. Vzdálenost od parkování 30 m. výškových a 80 m. vzdálenost chůze. Musíte prostě vyšlápnout kopec:) Pitnou vodu si donesete z čisté studánky, taktéž 80 m pod boudou. Elektřina je omezena -solární panel. K dispozici máte loďku na řece (Sharka) padla jsou uvnitř chaty. Ohniště je před chatou. Za boudou vede krásný trek po červené turistické značce. Příroda a klid

Von der Wohnung aus kann man auf den schönen Triebisch (Fluss) blicken und ist trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig gelegen. In unmittelbarer Nähe lassen sich alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Stadt zu Fuß erreichen. Die S-Bahn Station Altstadt ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Parkplätze vor der Tür sind kostenpflichtig für 5€ pro Tag, fährt man jedoch 500m weiter, sind diese kostenfrei.
