Outstanding property fully refurbished to the highest standards, with pool, can accommodate up to 11 guests. Located in the Haute Vallée de l’Aude, nestled on the hills of Espéraza, with exceptional views across the region’s stunning scenery, this house is perfect for holidays with family or friends. Whether you are looking for quiet or a base for the exciting activities on offer nearby, this is the place for you. The centre of the village is a 10 minute walk away, with its famous Sunday market.

Salamander Chalet

Enjoy the peace, the view and the comfort of this stylish chalet. Very suitable as a romantic getaway or relaxing in nature with your family. We are at 650 meters altitude, in a hot summer it is always a little cooler than in the valley and with a breeze, very pleasant. At night, the lake cools down and it's a good night's sleep. We don't need air conditioning. Dogs are welcome, €15 per stay. There is a wood-burning stove for the winter. We provide a wheelbarrow with firewood for €15.

Spend time together in the open-plan living space, on the terrace for 'al fresco' dining, or picnic/BBQ on the riverbank. The pavilion sits at the bottom of rolling lawns planted with fruit trees. You can walk into Espéraza, kayak along the river or turn right for Spain! Ideal for couples, friends or family.

From the first glance, you will be impressed by the fabulous view of the Haute Vallée de l'Aude. Then, you will discover a comfortable and warm living space, you will notice that many elements have been restored or manufactured in the workshop that is on site. The Bergnes rural gîte is located in the heart of a livestock farm in the Upper Aude Valley. The natural environment, Mediterranean type, welcomes cicadas during the hot periods of summer in the very large maritime pines that surround the house and the cottage The Aude River is 1.5 km from the cottage and offers many fishing routes You will also be kindly greeted by our dogs, cats, chickens, horses, donkey and of course, the herd of suckler cows

The Knights' House

You will make the most of this wonderful monument and relax in a serene and comfortable place with careful decoration. Our two traditional Mongolian yurts, with all the comforts in the heart of nature and panoramic views, will delight all types of travelers. Imported from Mongolia, they are traditional models. We've added the modernity and comfort you'd expect for a memorable stay.
