The entrance is shared with a private apartment, but both are totally independent from each another. The views are breathtaking, La Concha beach is just in front of you, you can see Santa Clara Island, Urgull Mountain and Ulia Mountain. If you are a food lover, the best restaurants and tapas bars are 5-10 minutes on foot. La Perla Spa, one of the best spa centers in Europe, is just 5 min away, you can relax, exercise at the gym or have a massage there. The house is located in the middle of the Eltso (Ultzama valley) and has very good views. It is very comfortable, located next to the Ultzama Golf Course in a quiet environment without cars or annoying noises, beyond the mooing and whinnying of animals. The coast of Guipúzcoa and southern France, Baztán or Pamplona are a maximum of 45 minutes away.
