From the moment of arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Sabine, who immediately gave us a perfect tour. Communication was smooth and pleasant – a top start of our stay! The area is ideal: close to Saint-Quentin, a nice city with plenty to discover. Nevertheless, it is especially the tranquility of the cottage that impresses. You really come here to yourself, far from the crowds. The cottage itself is provided to the last detail. Anything you need is there: cleaning utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, basic kitchen spices... you name it. In addition, there are an impressive collection of books and board games (but in French), and there are also many toys available outside such as kubb, badminton and pétanque. The BBQ was sparkling clean and convenient to use, and the rooms are beautifully decorated – cosy, comfortable and stylish. This cottage is clearly intended for people who want to enjoy peace, quality time with friends or family.

Romain was fabulous, very helpful. As I’m a pilgrim walking the Via Francigena, he kindly prepared me a three course meal that was fabulous (could only manage two!) Also offered to do any washing I needed. Absolute legend! Thank you for a great stay Romain!
