Das Anwesen befindet sich in ruhiger, naturnaher Lage - fußläufig zum neuen Stadtteil Hubland mit Uni-Campus.

This beautifully furnished apartment is the perfect base for your time in Würzburg – ideal for tourists, friends or business travellers. Thanks to its proximity to the main train station, travelling by train is particularly convenient. The banks of the Main, the congress centre, the city centre and the Würzburg vineyards are all within easy walking distance. A highlight is the lovingly furnished balcony with wonderful evening sun – perfect for relaxing after an eventful day.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Welcome to Weinkeller 84, a wine cellar in Randersacker that has been converted into a holiday apartment. Here, old stone walls and restored furniture meet modern furnishings, which gives the apartment a great charm and coziness. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Despite the basement, every room has daylight. The living-dining room has a big seating window that invites you to linger. A small garden with a terrace is available to guests.

Our apartment is not large, but optimally furnished to relax and rest after a busy or eventful day. The apartment is on the first floor and has its own entrance and a mini terrace. Oberdürrbach is a district of Würzburg, is 100 m above the center and is surrounded by meadows and fields. We are happy to help with all kinds of information about Würzburg and the wonderful surroundings.

Spielplatz, Bäcker und Restaurants sowie ein Wäldchen in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Einbauküche mit Backofen und Kühlschrank lädt auch zu längeren Aufenthalten ein. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett sowie zwei Klappbett.
