The house has 200m2, composed with 4 double rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and dinning room, salon, barbecue with wood oven, swimming pool and a big land with fruit trees.Perfect 8 people.Madam Luisa, the owner lives in a separated small apartment in the first floor!She looks after the property in a discrete manner and she makes sure that our guests have a lovely holiday.You always will have an independent/private villa for yourself😊

A wonderfully located top floor apartment, overlooking the sea, beaches & Albufeira's old town. This fully equipped apartment offers a good sized balcony with panoramic view, table, chairs, sun loungers & awning. Located in the heart of the historic old town of Albufeira, just a 2 min walk from the beach and town itself, where many restaurants, bars, shops & churches can be found. A simply perfect location, near to all amenities, but far enough away as to not be disturbed. Car not necessary.

In the heart of the old town, enjoy our fabulous location, two minutes from the waterfront, the market and all the restaurants. The apartment is located on the first floor of a traditional fisherman’s house and includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and small living area, with a balcony and a large private roof terrace. Comfortable year round. Olhão is charming out of season. Fully renovated in 2021. Sleeps two.

The house is located in the historic part of town, Mouraria, reserved to the Moors when Christians took the town in 1249. Lovingly restored to preserve the caché of the traditional housing it is fully equipped and provides all modern comfort. Set in a quiet street, it is only steps away from the famous market hall and the busy center of Loulé where you can stroll at leisure in the pedestrian streets with their cafés, bars and restarurants. In the surrounding area there are several restaurants (where you can eat fish, seafood, traditional Portuguese food and even vegetarian food), the famous Quarteira Fish Market that is only a 15-minute walk away and the splendid Vilamoura Marina is a 20-minute drive away.

A cozy living room with fireplace, kitchen-living room and adjoining dining room as well as a billiard room at your disposal. In 5 bedrooms can accommodate at least 9, easily but also up to 12 persons. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. On the first floor is another small room furnished as a children's room(with toys). In the extensive garden, there is a pool, large sun terrace, barbecue/barbecue area with large dining table.
