Only 7min walk to the beach and train station Lisbon - Cascais I love my neighborhood - it is typically Portuguese one - people meet at the modest cafes and restaurants, walk with their families to the beach to have a coffee after lunch. The apartment has recently been remodeled to receive travelers, who wish to be in a typical Portuguese neighborhood by the sea, and yet close to the trendy areas of Estoril and Cascais.

A wide coastal view reveals the azure sea meeting a clear blue sky, dotted with fluffy clouds. The shoreline features various buildings, including structures with distinct rooftops, framed by well-kept palm trees along the waterfront.

The apartment has a stunning frontal sea view, from the living room, bedroom and kitchen, it faces south and has lots of light. It is only a 2 min walk to the beach(Poça beach) and 5 min to train station ( 10 mins to Cascais and 30 mins to Lisbon). The location is ideal for water sport lovers (surf/paddle). You can enjoy walking, jogging or cycling along the shore to Cascais using the promenade (paredão). The neighbourhood has lovely cafes, a wonderful grocery shop as well as many restaurants.
