Lake Leon 5 min by bike or the ocean with La Lette beach 5 min by car and St Girons beach 30 min by bike will allow you to enjoy the water. The nearby bike path should also appeal to athletes.

The bike path 50 m away will allow you to reach the huge beaches in minutes (1.5 km). You can enjoy a spacious villa (3 bedrooms) and a large terrace (garden furniture) with friends and family. The 25 m² semi-detached cottage has been renovated in a marine spirit and overlooks the pine forest directly from the terrace!
