Located on the first floor, this space offers comfort and privacy, with 2 bedrooms, each with its own shower room and WC. On the second floor, you will find a master suite with a bathroom and a kitchenette, offering a breathtaking view from its large terrace. Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as everything needed for personal hygiene and cleaning.

Come and stay in the former summer residence of a famous family of vermouth makers. Historic residence located at the foot of Mont Saint-Clair, the villa offers spectacular views of Sète, the Étang de Thau and the sea. Those looking for calm and charm will be delighted. The city takes on a country feel here... while being a 10-minute walk from the market halls. Breakfast is possible at an extra cost. In the heart of the village of Bouzigues and all its shops and restaurants (bakery, grocery store, tobacco press, hairdresser) but only 200 meters from the beach, we offer an outbuilding like a small house in the heart of our very wooded garden. You will also have access to our swimming pool (shared use with us only) Entry is through a vineyard and the garden is not suspected at first glance. This is where the studio is located.
