House in Marseillan (city) with exceptional views of the oyster farms and Mont Saint Clair, located on the first line of the Étang de Thau. Very rare location. Quiet and privileged setting. Peaceful and ideal place for nature lovers and respectful of the environment. Party-goers refrain: the place is peaceful and quiet and the environment is to be respected! In general, in summer we rent for a minimum of 7 nights (arrivals and departures on Saturday if possible) but ask us!

Freshly renovated, this charming village house is located in the heart of Bouzigues, not far from local shops and the pond. The accommodation includes: 1 ground floor with open kitchen, living room, TV room (Box + wifi) with sofa bed, bathroom/toilets; 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with balcony (from where it is possible to see the pond) separated by a dressing room. Several parking options are available near the house. Small courtyard with gate where you can put bikes.

Rated 3 stars, the 105 m2 apartment is air-conditioned, with a 30 m2 terrace. Ideally located 250 meters from the Étang de Thau, overlooking the pond and 700 meters from the beaches, on the first floor of a villa, very comfortable staircase, separate entrance, very well insulated, it is perfect for couples and families (with kids) equipped with sun loungers, parasol, table for eight people, southwest facing, very nice. Two parking spots, secured on the villa.

Waterfront in the South

Better than a swimming pool: the Étang de Thau is 5 m from the apartment. You can swim there safely (low depth on the edge, water warmer than the sea and of very good quality). The neighborhood is a point extending over the pond, but remains close to the city center. The apartment (37 m²) is a first floor that is part of a villa, but independent. Very bright, it faces west on the pond and its sunsets, and east on 400 m² of wooded garden (vines, fig trees).
