Swimming pool (7x4m), spa (2/4 p. with bubbles), summer kitchen (plancha), dining/living area, ping-pong table, trampoline, children's area (hut, etc.) and bowling alley available (self-service). Parking: reserved and secure Swimming pool: May to Oct (secure) Spa: all year (from Nov to March ask 24 hours before arrival)

Welcome to this heavenly oasis, haven of peace, rest, serenity, freshness, large 300m3 organic pool, cleaned and swimming from 06/06 to 24/09 waterfall pontoon, exotic plants, new studio very comfortable air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV reception, 160 bedding, equipped kitchen, Italian style shower 300M2 plot, sunbathing, barbecue, plancha, night lighting without opposite view (soap not provided) cleaning, sheets and towels provided. Dog accepted 10 euros as long as you do not go into the pool(fragile Epdm)

Coconut with patio

Beautiful space very well located in a typical neighborhood of Sète. Private patio for eating out and relaxing! Not overlooked. 10 minutes walk from the city center, the bike path, the Corniche going to Marseillan. 5 minutes walk to the theater of the sea ( festivals like Jazz in Sète, Fiest 'à Sète, When I think of Fernande...) 27 m2 outbuilding, like a master suite next to our villa. Shared pool with the house. Private entrance, no adjoining wall with the villa A terrace with table under the pergola is reserved for you. bed linens are available. This is not a studio, so there is no real kitchen or sink. However, the space at the back is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishes. Sugar, tea, coffee capsules available.
