Villa Giotto

Villa Giotto is a fantastic 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom semi-detached villa, with modern comforts such as air conditioning, internet, and WIFI. Set on top of a hill in a panoramic position close to Volterra, it boasts stunning 360-degree views from its large private gardens and terraces and the communal pool. The large open-plan lounge is a very comfortable and sociable space with three sets of patio doors to take in the views, and there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a dishwasher.

We finely restored it and carefully furnished it, to offer our guests the warmth of our very own vacation home - with broadband connection, the perfect solution for working remotely - and a generous garden to enjoy the sunset beyond the vineyards. The Vineyard

'Il Vigneto' is a traditional stone house with terracotta tiles and exposed beams. A magnificent swimming pool over seven meters in length benefits from having full sun throughout the day. Adjacent to the pool is an extensive outdoor eating area along with a built-in BBQ. and Pizza oven. Inside, the house is spacious and immaculate with a modern, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, that also contains a sofa bed. There are two double bedrooms a bathroom with shower and a utility room room.

Cottage with private terrass on a sustainable farm

The cottage is located on La Ca’ Solare a beautiful organic farm from the 19-century on a sweet hill with a large pool. You can have a beautiful three room cottage (40sqm) with a marvelous view. Upon reservation breakfast buffet is available at the price of 13€ per person/day. Dinner is served some days with fixed menu and organic products. Dogs are welcome and the cost is 10€/day. AC is available and costs 5€/day. Tourist tax 2€ per day/person from 10 years old and max 5 days.

Our self catering accommodation is in an 800 year old converted monastery situated 5 minutes drive from the Renaissance town of Montepulciano, renowned for its Vino Nobile wines, close to art and culture, with great views, restaurants, coffee bars and enotecas. Our local area is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, joggers or simply walking through the incredible Tuscan country side that offers memorable sights of farmland, forests and rolling hills.

Enveloped in the scent of Mediterranean flowers and herbs, surrounded by cypresses and olive trees. This romantic cottage is an oasis on the foothills of Monte Amiata, harmoniously integrated into nature, great panoramic location, with bright rooms and terraces around the house It is an ideal place to easily enjoy the scenery from the terrace. You can also set out on foot from here on journeys of discovery into untouched nature.

My place is fresh and clean. It has fabulous vineyard views and is close to Florence. The Castello di Nipozzano is within walking distance. I can book you a winetasting and visit to the historic cellars. I know my place is great for couples. We really enjoy telling you the best places to visit and the best country restaurants in the vicinity.

Trasimeno Bungalow is a comfortable and modern holiday home at Lake Trasimeno between Tuscany and Umbria. Its location at a stone's throw from a supermarket and in the village of Tuoro sul Trasimeno makes it an ideal starting point to explore both Tuscany and Umbria. Trasimeno Bungalow is my parent's holiday home and I am living next door.
