Apartment holiday rentals in Etruscan Coast

Sonia's place was nice and clean and she was responsive. the apartment is very close to the beach. The only problem we had was with the lack of mosquito nets. The plants in the garden of the building were full of mosquitoes and inside when we first entered in the afternoon there were like 4 or 5 mosquitoes. Therefore we had issues with getting fresh air as it was very hard to open the windows and not get mosquitoes in. Apart from that the apartment is large and nicely equipped.

We had a very nice vacation with the hosts. Everything was clean and had everything you need. The hosts are super nice and helpful. We will remember this vacation for a long time.

This property offers spectacular views of the sea and surroundings. It is very nice and quiet, in the middle of a garden. The beach and the city are easily accessible from the property. The host was very polite and kind and responded very competently to any questions. Recommended!

We loved this place and could happily have stayed forever. The large terrace was amazing, overlooking the sea and great for people watching but still private and peaceful as up on the 3rd floor. We had both breakfasts and dinners up there. Kitchen is great with plenty of appliances etc to cook a full meal. A couple of little grocery shops near by - we found the one at 116 Via Fegina good, little rabbit warren of a place with fresh fruit and veg - their fresh pesto was excellent. Washing machine was highly appreciated as was the line to dry things on the terrace. Wifi worked reliably in all rooms. Position is ideal for the train - literally come out the station, turn right and you are there. Lots of good local information available for both walks and restaurants. Rubbish and recycling was easy to drop into the large bins by the car park, we never did find the food waste one but the cleaner was happy to take it. Cannot recommend this apartment enough - if it is available, book it.

Barbara is a wonderful host! We had a great time at her place. The apartment was spot less clean , very close to the marina center and the beach. Highly recommend!

Very nice apartment. Very clean and has everything needed for a confortable stay. Would recommend it to friends and family. Also, the location is excellent, walking distance to everywhere.

The apartment matches the description. The strengths are the proximity to the center and all amenities, unpaid parking near the property, and especially the terrace. We happily spent a lot of time on the terrace, breakfast, and dinner. The kitchen has everything you need, with a large dishwasher. The stay was great. We hope to be back soon!

What a beautiful stay and great views. So incredibly beautiful over the Tuscan hills. The house was very tastefully decorated. In short, great stay.

The host was very friendly and helpful. She communicates well and responds quickly. The apartment was very clean and looked exactly like on the pictures. I definitely recommend this place.

David's place was perfect, we truly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable and at home. The apartment was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants but not too close as to get all the foot traffic and noise. The apartment was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed (great kitchen, good wifi (as my husband needed to work while there), comfortable beds, modern appliances, everything we needed. We even had use of a bicycle which is a definitely something necessary in Lucca! David was very responsive and helpful (despite the time difference between us). He put a guidebook together which was perfect in getting us started on our stay in Lucca. We truly enjoyed the apartment and would highly recommend!

Walk the walls, should not be missed. Take it from the river end up to the Tower. Walk by the river Arno, so beautiful. Take advantage of happy hour.

Simona was kind and helpful from the first contacts of the reservation. The apartment is well cared for, clean and offers everything you need to spend a great stay in peace and comfort. The area is around Porto Santo Stefano, which you can reach in less than 5 minutes by spot and also on foot. We stayed with our 3-month-old baby and had a great time, Simona also provided us with a bed for her. Highly recommended!

The house is located at the top of a small hillside, the parking lot overlooks a wheat field, and the sun rises in the morning fog, which is beautiful.On the other side of the house is a road that extends to the top of the hillside and the sun falls at the end of the road and is worth a look.The room was tidy and clean and lucia was welcoming and friendly.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment Mirto. Everything was thought of, we were warmly welcomed, there was a huge fruit bowl and wine. The amenities were especially great for families. Even a laundry basket was there. The outdoor area was indescribably beautiful. So much space. So much nature. This tranquility. Heavenly. We slept wonderfully. Beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of cabinets. The furnishings of all rooms are incredibly tasteful. We felt incredibly comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful time ♥️ We recommend a trip to the magical mountain village of Pitigliano, about 1 hour away.

We spent 6 days in this well-maintained house renovated and located in a quiet area. Francesco was very welcoming and available to give us advice regarding the choice of restaurants and places to visit.

Very bright and pleasant new apartment, beautiful terrace with pool. The weather didn't allow us to enjoy the outdoors. St Florent is a charming place as a vacation spot.

Tuscan retreat = THIS. Set in a lovely, quiet area with gorgeous views of the landscape. Easy to get to Arezzo and only 1 hour from Florence. So many amazing local restaurants and Vineyards. The property itself has a traditional vibe to it. The kitchen is not well equipped, so just bare that in mind! minimal pots, pans etc. But otherwise looks exactly like the photos.

Brilliant host. Lovely apartment and nice area. Never bored.
