Recycled materials, bric-a-brac, we want every single room and piece of furniture to be in harmony with the beauty of the nature that surrounds us. An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. La casa si trova a Rovolon sotto il monte della Madonna. É un posto molto tranquillo dove si può rimanere in contatto con la natura senza essere disturbati. Si possono fare passeggiate sui colli e si può raggiungere facilmente le zone termali di Abano Terme e Montegrotto. Da Rovolon, si può visitare: Venezia (50 min), Verona (1 ora), Vicenza (30 min), Bologna (1 ora e 45min), Milano (2ore e 30 min). La stazione del treno di Montegrotto si trova a 25 minuti, quella di Padova a 40 min.
