Our home is within walking distance (about 0.6 miles) to Hayward field and the 19th Ave neighborhood commercial area. You are close to a plethora of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores, as well as the best ice cream & dessert places in town. If you are coming to visit the UofO college campus this is the studio for you!

The garage guest house sits on 3 wooded acres w/ south views to Creswell and winter views of the Three Sisters to the east. Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. Enjoy this cute & cozy tiny home equipped to make your vacation comfortable & convenient. Our house is located within walking distance to the U of O, Hayward Field & Matthew Knight Arena. Just a few minutes from either downtown Eugene or Springfield. We are also located close to Hendricks Park, a beautiful rhododendron & native plant garden. Supermarket, many great restaurants & easy access to I-5 all very close by. Spanish, French & English are spoken. All are welcome here!

A private full bathroom—separate from the studio—is accessible by a 40-foot lighted and partially covered walk to the garage. Enjoy the quiet back yard, patio, and garden. Restaurants, shopping, and parks are within a short walk. We welcome up to two well-behaved guest dogs with responsible owners.

Our 1 bedroom is fully stocked with everything you need and then some .... The house is the original homestead and has kept that charm. You will have a private bedroom with a cozy King size bed with all organic linen/cotton bedding, a fully stocked kitchen ( coffee,tea & cream provided),full bathroom, W/toiletries ( shower has two seats and hand bars, no tub ). Living room area has a Joybird Briar sleeper sofa, dining table, fireplace & TV w/ steaming device.

Hidden Garden Cottage

The space is a 1 bedroom cottage in our fully fenced back yard surrounded by gardens in the front and a chicken run in the back. It’s away from the street and pretty quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is small but has everything necessary for cooking meals. Fresh eggs, u-pick blueberries, strawberries and garden veggies are available when in season. I’ve included everything for yoga and a large assortment of board games and puzzles for kids.
