Set in the front garden of our 1892 Queen Anne is the Garden Studio, ready to welcome you to all that Eugene has to offer. The Garden Studio has been recently updated and features a stocked kitchenette, dining area, smart TV, large sectional, queen size bed, and fully remodeled bathroom. This comfortable space is quietly set in the South Hills while also being easily accessible to the University of Oregon, downtown, Interstate 5 and all of the outdoor pursuits that make Eugene so special.

You will love our art studio, it's a little off the beaten path but super quite, safe and you can see deer grazing in the pasture. The studio offers self check-in/out has it's own little yard. The studio is great for short or longterm stays, business travelers, families, and furry friends (dogs). 1000 sq. feet with natural light and high ceilings with two private rooms. Master bed has Bamboo sheets from Cozy Earth. We live in the house and are generally available to help with anything.

You will be close to Autzen Stadium/PK Park, shopping and outdoor activities in this incredibly spacious guesthouse, a gem in the heart of Eugene. Situated in a large grassy yard, the house features a fully equipped kitchenette, vaulted ceiling and roomy bathroom. Set up studio-style, the two comfortable queen beds can be curtained off from main living area for privacy. Small pets welcome by prior arrangement. Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. Our 1 bedroom is fully stocked with everything you need and then some .... The house is the original homestead and has kept that charm. You will have a private bedroom with a cozy King size bed with all organic linen/cotton bedding, a fully stocked kitchen ( coffee,tea & cream provided),full bathroom, W/toiletries ( shower has two seats and hand bars, no tub ). Living room area has a Joybird Briar sleeper sofa, dining table, fireplace & TV w/ steaming device.

Hidden Garden Cottage

The space is a 450 sq. ft. 1 bedroom cottage in our fully fenced back yard surrounded by gardens in the front and a chicken run in the back. It’s away from the street and pretty quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is small but has everything necessary for cooking meals. Fresh eggs, u-pick blueberries, strawberries and garden veggies are available when in season. I’ve included everything for yoga and a large assortment of board games and puzzles for kids.
