The Marion is in a quiet residential area. A newer elementary school is behind the home. The 253 sq ft guest house has a desk/chair, TV, queen sofa bed w/ 2 ottomans, twin bed, bathroom, kitchenette & closet. At the end of the driveway, parking is directly outside the door of The Marion - to the right side of the red bud tree. The Marion will be directly to your left. Additional outside areas include the round paver patio & the oak tree covered front yard is a shared space with The Grand Marion.

Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. The Studio is equipped with a Serta queen bed, bathroom, and kitchenette that has a sink, dishware, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker. We also have WiFi and streaming TV. The studio looks into our expansive yard shaded by a lovely beech tree in summer. Coffee/tea, water, and breakfast bars are provided.
